The upcoming Hennessy Artistry Halo

Soon enough Hennessy Artistry will be presenting the finale one for the year of 2011 and it'll be the Hennessy Artistry Halo. This would be the biggest Hennessy Artistry 'The Global Art of Mixing' party of the year 2011. It will be held at Malaysia International Exhibition & Convention Centre (MIECC) at Mines Resort City on 12th of November 2011.

It is estimated around 4,000 of party-goers will attend this finale party and definitely they are going to have a blast.
The annual Hennessy Artistry highlight event also looks set to create waves all across the country as fans can look forward to being treated to one incredible night where sights, sounds, and tastes collide to form an electric and explosive clubbing experience.

So as usual the party people will be served the Hennessy V.S.O.P signature drinks such as Hennessy Apple, Hennessy Ginger, Hennessy Berry and a new addition, Hennessy Soda, this Hennessy Party on November 12 will be one nobody would want to miss.

A global musical phenomenon, Hennessy Artistry 'The Global Art of Mixing' parties also takes place in some of the largest cities around the world which includes New York, Shanghai, Taipei and Los Angeles. Among some of the big names who have performed at these international parties includes Ciara, The Roots, Mike Posner, Alexandra Burke, Harlem Yu, Jay Chou, Jacky Cheung, and Sammi Cheng. The parties in Malaysia have also been nothing short of impressive. Locally, the event has in the past, featured a host of star-studded performers such as Flo Rida, Kardinal Offishall, Shayne Ward, Boys Likes Girls, The Ying Yang Twins, Da Mouth, and many others.

As for the stars that going to rock the upcoming finale party include Chris Willis, Landy Wen, Park Jung Min, Yolanda Be Cool and Dj Goldfish & Blink.

Let me briefly talk about these stars:

Chris Willis is a singer/songwriter with a knack turning killer tracks into charttopping pop songs and a divo who can go mic-to-mic with the best of the pop divas any day of the week. is the man behind the powerhouse voice currently rocking American Top 40 radio with the hot new dance song, "Love Is Gone." Lifted from "Pop Life," the third album by French superstar producer and DJ, David Guetta, the single won a World Music Award in 2007 and in 2008 won the Winter Music Conference Club Award for "Best Club Anthem Of The Year" and the International Dance Music Award for "Best House/Garage Track." "Love Is Gone" is one of five (5!) singles from "Pop Life" featuring the vocals (and often lyrics) of singer-songwriter, Chris Willis: Others are "Every Time We Touch," "Tomorrow Can Wait," "Never Take Away My Freedom," and "Love Don't Let Me Go (Walking Away)."

About Park Jung Min:

Park Jung Min is a member of the South Korean group SS501 who released his first solo album in 2011. With his charismatic style, he is known as “SS501 Charisma” and often introduces himself as that. Jung-min is also known as the friendliest member in SS501. Known for his confident and playful personality, this Korean sensation has captured the hearts of girls around Asia with his good looks, dance moves, and powerful vocals. This multi-talented 24-year-old has also worked in the musical Grease playing the lead role of 'Danny Park' for which he won the "Golden Ticket Award" for Best Musical New Talent. His latest single, “Not Alone” was released in January 2011.

Taiwanese female R&B vocalist, Landy Wen is a member of the Atayal ethnic group and one of the few Taiwanese aborigines to become a musical star. Apart from singing, Landy has also acted in the Chinese drama, precious. Her foray into the silver screen will also see her play a role in the highly acclaimed Taiwanese action saga, Warriors of the Rainbow due to be released later this year.

With one record Yolanda Be Cool have gone straight to the top of the music industry A list. Their second single – ‘We No Speak Americano’ (co-produced with DCUP) sold over 5 million copies and hit number 1 in 18 countries; infiltrating radio waves, TV shows, and pretty much every dance floor in the world over the summer. You’d need to be a Tarantino assassinated corpse to have not felt its impact in some form. Also known as Johnson Peterson and Slyvester Martinez, Yolanda Be Cool have demonstrated that with the panache and production skills to back it up it’s possible to cultivate an international smash hit without the need for a major label vehicle, instead releasing on homegrown Australian indie ‘Sweat It Out’. With over ten years DJing under their belts their musical influences extend far beyond their Native Sydney, from old school hip hop, to Chicago house to techno to pretty much everything in between.

Dubbed as The "King of KL Hip Hop", There's more to Goldfish than the Bling-Bling things. The amicable deejay is so versatile on the decks that he can render his skills to anything he wants. A firm crowd favorite, spinning royalty and DMC Champion. Over the years, he has played alongside big names such as Missy Elliott, Kanye West, Linkin Park, Black Eyed Peas and Prodigy.

DJ Blink, has definitely risen from the ranks of the clubbing masses to become an influential proponent of the KL underground scene. Inspired by the rave movement in KL at the turn of the millennium, Blink started DJ’ing progressive house for two years before heeding the ever-nagging call of Hip Hop turntablism. Today, Blink is now regarded as one of KL’s top DJs. To see DJ Blink on the bill would be a sign that you’re in for a night of raucous rhythms, funky beats and the requisite dancing till you drop. He is well known for his Lapsap nights (with partner Xu) as well as his solo sets at Zouk KL. A champion of the new emerging sound where electronica meets indie meets breaks meets anything goes style, you will be hard pressed to pin down the “sound”.

Personally, I'm looking forward Yolanda Be Cool to perform the live version of We Speak No Americano! They going to make you shake your body. Anyhow, I suppose the rest of the artists are able make you shake your body throughout the whole night. Hope to catch up with you all at there. Cheers.

Hydraskins: Limited Edition APOLLO 18 laptop skin

Hydraskins came out with the exclusive limited edition Apollo 18 laptop skins worth RM80 and there's only 150 pieces worldwide. Oh yeah, it was kind of impressive that I'm one of the owner!

Here it is... the exclusive laptop skin. Thanks to XiangCool

So I'll be getting my HP Mini 10" netbook skinned and please allow me to show you how to do it. It's real simple.

Step 1: Wipe your gadget with clean cloth to remove any dust or dirt.

Step 2: Turn decal to the back and measure the desired size for your gadget. You can do marking on the grid that will make it convenient for you to cut.

Then you can cut away the extra length to fit your gadget perfectly.

Step 4: Peel decal slowly from edge.

Then, align centre of decal with gadget and place gently on gadget surface.

Lastly, with cloth, start rubbing from left to right in zigzag motion.

After you've done all those easy steps, you are now impressed by your own skinned laptop.

Pretty cool huh? :D

More amazing facts of this skin are: water resistant, scratch resistant, reusable and clean removal. You can always take it out whenever you want to and place it back anytime. There will be no trouble for you to clean your laptop's surface and it will not caused any marks.

If you're looking for more designs for laptop or gadget skin or even personalize your own skin, do visit the Hydraskins website at www.hydraskins.com

Last but not least, I'll be watching the premiere screening of Apollo 18 on the 7th September with the Hydraskins team and selected 30 bloggers. Damn excited. Woots.
By the way, the Apollo 18 movie will be showing in cinemas on the 8th of September which is around the corner. Don't missed it :)

Hennessy Artistry ‘The Global Art of Mixing’ 2011 Kick-Off Party

The most anticipating party, Hennessy Artistry ‘The Global Art of Mixing’ will be kick-starting its 2011 series in Penang at Voodoo, Upper Penang Road on April 28. Promising a colourful blend of music, delectable Hennessy V.S.O.P long drinks, and a party atmosphere that is second to none, Hennessy Artistry will then head down to Klang Valley in The Opera, Sunway Pyramid two days later on April 30.

I started to attend Hennessy Artistry in year 2010 and let's check out some photos took from the past Hennessy Artistry event.

Final Hennessy Artistry @ MIECC

Evidently I'm having so much fun partying at Hennessy Artistry with nice drinks served (VSOP) and electrifying performances that make the crowd turned crazy.
Here's some information regarding the upcoming Hennessy Artistry party:

Leading the line-up at the upcoming H-Artistry party is Australian electro/house duo, Vandalism which comprises of DJ/Producer Andy Van (previously of Madison Avenue fame) and vocalist/songwriter Cassie Van. With distinctive sounds and head turning live performances, Vandalism has over the past two years toured across the globe playing in gigs in London, Miami, Ibiza, Moscow, Greece, South Korea, and Canada. Making their debut on the Hennessy Artistry stage, Australia’s leading electro/dance outfit is ready to infect the dance floors of Voodoo and The Opera come April with Andy tearing up the decks while Cassie belts out some show stopping sexy vocals.

Staying true to Hennessy Artistry’s innovative approach in blending musical genres of the East and West, the upcoming party will also see Malaysia’s very own up and coming rock sensations, Kyoto Protocol conquering the stage. Formed by a group of angsty but fun-loving guys, they combine their varied influences ranging from The Clash to Queens of the Stone Age to create an eclectic mix of punk, soul and electro. Joining them at the party are two of the hottest female DJs in town, Miss Eva T and DJ Lizz. Together, they form Spinderella, a hip-hop, R&B, electro/house spinning duo that churns out tunes which are unique and fresh.

Last but not least, I <3 Hennessy Artistry and I wish to continue be a part of the most anticipating party.

"What have you done to deserve the rewards of luxury and successful lifestyle?"

First and foremost, I am not a guy that came from a rich family. I would say I am a guy that don't use to any luxurious lifestyle. A cup of black coffee from a Chinese coffee shop will be fine to me even I don't get it from Starbucks. That's not because I don't want to have a luxurious life, is because I hardly to feel how to live in a luxurious lifestyle when I'm not came from a wealthy family.

Hence, I tell myself, in order to have a very pleasant lifestyle, I should work hard and put more effort on everything I'm doing which can bring me to a better tomorrow. I motivate myself to do better in my studies, because knowledge is something that able to lead to further. As a Degree level student, intelligent mindset and self-motivation considered an essential attitude that enable you to do well and success in your level.

To be frank, the past 2 years of my Degree level, I did very well which leads to a very good results and outcomes in every semester so far, that I gifted Chairman's award for every semester. You only entitled to receive Chairman's award when your Grade Point Average (GPA) for that semester is higher than 3.6 over 4.0. I did it every semester, I entitled to receive a Chairman's award every semester and this year is going to be my last year of my Degree level before I graduated, and I'll be working better and better still.

Last but not least, due to every effort that I've putted in my studies in order to brought me that well, I felt blissful and I know I do deserve a luxury and successful lifestyle.

I wish to being a part of Johnnie Walker Black Circuit Lounge party which I know it is a very luxurious event and there's no-money-can buy passes that allows me to attend the party. I'll be well-pleased if I'm giving an opportunity to attend such a wonderful event which I never been to any.
